• Always be thoughtful and kind

• Separate pet relief area out by the street. Please be sure to pick up after your pet

• Do not allow your animals to be aggressive or intimidate people or other animals.

• Do not allow your pet to bark or whine while in the condo which will disturb other residence.

• Pets and children, please take care of our furniture and items in our home. (You know what I mean;)

• Due to county ordinance, NO pets allowed on the beach

• Always be respectful of other residents, animals, and children

• Maximum of six adults

• HOA does not allow for loud parties or large gatherings

• Be mindful of the residence in the condo and keep your voices and music at a reasonable level.

• Clean up after yourself on the beach, by the pool, and outside

• NO illegal drugs nor illegal activities!  Any violation of the law will immediately terminate stay and forfeit all payments/deposits.

AT CHECKOUT:

• Be courteous in the kitchen.  Please don't leave a mess of dishes behind, use the dish washer. 

• Please strip beds and start a load of towels

• Extended stay guests, please wash your towels regularly to avoid having a large amount of towels to do for our cleaning crew.  Which, will make it impossible for them to flip for the next visitor.
